How A City Boy
Became A Farmer

The City Boy begins with my birth in Milwaukee Wisconsin. As unlikely as it would seems, my trips out home to my Grandma Jonas’s Homestead, planted a seed in my mind that I wanted to grow up to be a farmer as my maternal ancestors were. Beginning at my birth, through my high school graduation and my first full-time job on the Mertz farm. Many stories about my adventurous young life.
